Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at ORLO Electronics Private Limited. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth in the NOIDA region. This is a mid-level position with 4 to 6 years of experience. The job location is Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India and the employment type is Full-Time. We are specifically looking for candidates from from lighting and electrical industry

Qualifications And Skills

Proven experience as an Area Sales Manager or in a similar sales role

Strong sales management and negotiation skills

Excellent knowledge of the NOIDA market and its business environment

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients

Good understanding of channel sales and business development

Experience in revenue and profit growth

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

Roles And Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth in the NOIDA region

Manage and grow the dealer and distributor network in the assigned area

Build strong relationships with key clients and identify new business opportunities

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth

Provide feedback to the management team on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities

Prepare sales reports and forecasts on a regular basis

Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers and ensure timely payment collection

Provide training and guidance to the sales team to improve their performance

Coordinate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns

Stay updated with industry developments and trends to provide inputs for product improvement and development
