Role: Sr.UX designer or Lead UX designer

Location: Work from Office, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Delhi/Ncr

Notice Period :Immediate to 15 days

Relevant Experience in UX design : 7+ years

Qualification: B.des/M.des / B.tech / BE

Job Description

The ideal candidate gets to work in a high collaboration, fast-paced, and result driven environment. Applicants must have substantial experience informing designs through critical design thinking, rationalizing for B2B, or B2C systems, websites, mobile devices, and handheld.

Reporting to: Design Director

You Will Work On

Execute and drive multiple UXD projects by diagnosing business and user needs

Apply all pieces of user-centred design methodology and processes

Plan and conduct primary and secondary research

Convert user insights into concept designs that are not only compelling but are contrasting ideas looking at business challenges from varied angles

Design and manage all interaction design activities, including visual design coordination with global designers

Present design decisions to the stakeholders that are backed up by strong experience design principles and rationale

Coordinate with technology teams to bring designs to a pixel-perfect reality

Manage communications at all levels and be responsible for project

You Will Love The Role If You Have

8-12 years of hands-on experience of all user-centred design processes. Expert level knowledge UCD methodology, information architecture, navigation models and interaction design principles

Experience in designing for various devices and systems (mobile, handheld, TV, display systems)

Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication, management, negotiation, presentation and client relations skills

Ability to trigger business discussions with program managers, CTOs, CIOs, CEOs

A clear and effective presentation style to inform and influence important design decisions and maintain credibility

Deeper eagerness for observing human behavior and synthesizing insights into the design

Be organized and showcase excellent time management skills and be highly detail-oriented

Ability to manage own timelines in an efficient manner while receiving strategic and tactical direction from project stakeholders
