Qualifications And Skills

Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role

Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure

Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities

Degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred

Roles And Responsibilities

Coordinate and support the sales team in daily administrative tasks

Assist in the preparation and follow-up of sales documents, such as proposals, contracts, and quotations

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions and sales performance

Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt and accurate responses

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products or services

Manage inventory and stock levels to meet customer demands

Track and report on sales trends, market insights, and competitor analysis

Assist in the organization of sales events, conferences, and exhibitions

Participate in sales meetings to contribute ideas and insights

Perform any other duties assigned by the Sales Manager
