Qualifications And Skills

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment

Proven track record of successfully filling various positions in a timely manner

Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize workload

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Understanding of employment laws and regulations

Roles And Responsibilities

Identify and source potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks

Screen and shortlist resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and evaluate candidates' qualifications

Assist in creating and maintaining job descriptions, job specifications, and interview assessments

Coordinate and communicate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate assessment, offer negotiation, and onboarding

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and recruitment best practices to attract top talent

Ensure a positive and smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
