Job Overview

We are looking for highly skilled and experienced Execution Engineers / Senior Engineers / Trench Cutters to join our team. As an Execution Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the execution process for metro projects and underground civil work. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, with a minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience required.

Qualifications And Skills

BE or B-tech in Civil Engineering or a related field

Proven experience in executing metro projects and underground civil work

Strong knowledge of civil construction techniques and practices

Excellent leadership and management skills

Ability to effectively manage and coordinate resources

Proficient in bills documentation and contract management

Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge of relevant software and technologies

Roles And Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the execution process for metro projects and underground civil work

Coordinate and communicate with project stakeholders including clients, contractors, and suppliers

Ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule

Manage and allocate resources effectively, including manpower and materials

Supervise and provide guidance to the execution team

Monitor project progress and identify any potential risks or issues

Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including bills, contracts, and reports

Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations

Collaborate with the design and planning teams to optimize project execution

Resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise during the execution process
