Job Overview

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for overseeing the financial activities of our company. This is a full-time executive position based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. The CFO will play a key role in developing and implementing financial strategies to drive growth and profitability. They will be responsible for managing financial planning, cash management, financial statements, and business relationships. The ideal candidate should have more than 10 years of experience in finance and possess strong analytical and leadership skills.

Qualifications And Skills

More than 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role

Strong knowledge of financial planning, financial strategy, and cash management

Proven experience in preparing and analyzing financial statements and reports

Solid understanding of business operations and the ability to provide financial insights

Excellent business relationship management skills

Ability to effectively manage working capital and optimize resource utilization

Proficient in using financial software and tools

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and leadership abilities

High level of integrity and ethical conduct

Roles And Responsibilities

Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve the company's goals and objectives

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to the management team

Manage the company's cash flow and working capital, ensuring optimum utilization of resources

Prepare and present financial statements and reports to the management team and stakeholders

Maintain strong business relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other stakeholders

Provide financial guidance and support to various departments within the organization

Lead the finance and accounting team, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Evaluate and manage financial risks, implementing internal controls and procedures
