Qualifications And Skills
4 to 6 years of experience in digital marketing
Immediate Joiner.
Proven track record in developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other relevant tools
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
Previous experience in team management and leadership
Roles And Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement
Manage all digital marketing channels, including website, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising campaigns
Optimize website content and design to improve user experience and increase organic search visibility
Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to identify new digital marketing opportunities
Track and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other relevant tools
Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms, websites, and other digital channels
Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, design, and content, to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
Manage a team of digital marketing professionals and provide guidance and mentorship
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing initiatives
