Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Customer Care Officer to join our team at GOOD FIVE YES JOB CONSULTANCY. As a Customer Care Officer, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining efficient administrative processes.
Qualifications And Skills
Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Good typing skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Experience in system administration is a plus
Ability to work independently and in a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Roles And Responsibilities
Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
Providing accurate information and assistance to customers
Addressing and resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
Maintaining records of customer interactions and transactions
Coordinating with other departments to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues
Assisting in the development and improvement of customer service processes
Performing general administrative tasks, such as data entry and document management
Preparing reports and presentations as needed
