As a Continental Chef, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and preparing a variety of continental dishes. Qualifications And Skills

Proven experience as a Continental Chef or similar role

Strong knowledge of continental cuisine, including pasta, pizza, and other continental dishes

Proficient in various cooking techniques and culinary trends

Ability to create and execute new and innovative dishes

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Attention to detail and a passion for quality

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations

Certification or diploma in culinary arts is a plus

Roles And Responsibilities

Plan and execute the menu for the continental section

Prepare and cook continental dishes according to the recipes and quality standards

Monitor food stock and kitchen supplies, and place orders as needed

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen

Ensure compliance with food safety regulations

Train and supervise the kitchen staff

Collaborate with the team to create new and innovative dishes

Stay updated with the latest culinary trends and techniques

Assist in the development of new menu items

Manage portion control and minimize waste
