Job Overview
We are looking for a talented and experienced Corporate Chef to join our team at Pasta Street India Pvt Ltd. As a Corporate Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the culinary operations of our chain of Italian restaurants. This is a full-time executive position based in Delhi, Delhi, India, with an employment type of Full-Time.
Qualifications And Skills
More than 10 years of experience in culinary management, preferably in a similar role
Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and cooking techniques
Excellent culinary skills with the ability to create and innovate dishes
Proven track record of managing multiple restaurants
Strong leadership and team management skills
Good understanding of food costing and budgeting
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences
Proper certifications and licenses related to food handling and safety
Roles And Responsibilities
Design and develop menus for all Pasta Street restaurants
Oversee and manage the culinary operations of the chain
Ensure that all dishes meet the company's standards for taste, presentation, and quality
Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain culinary excellence
Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure the availability of high-quality ingredients
Stay updated with the latest food trends and incorporate them into the menus
Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment in compliance with food safety regulations
Collaborate with the consultant chef in Italy to ensure an authentic Italian experience
Participate in the development of new restaurant concepts and expansion plans
