Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Stewardess or Server to join our team at Kruti Coffee. As a Stewardess or Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests and ensuring their satisfaction. The role requires 1 to 3 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. This is a full-time position based in Cuttack, Odisha, India.

Qualifications And Skills

1 to 3 years of experience as a Stewardess, Server, or similar role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Customer-oriented mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor

Knowledge of food and beverage operations

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and delivering

Basic math skills for processing payments

Team player with excellent time management skills

Ability to handle difficult customers and resolve conflicts

Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Certification in Food & Beverage Service or Hospitality is a plus

Roles And Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner

Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers

Deliver orders to the guests in a timely manner

Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service

Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

Upsell additional products when appropriate

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Assist with setting up and closing the restaurant

Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines

Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operation

Handle cash and process payments accurately

Provide suggestions and recommendations to guests when asked
