Job Overview
We are seeking a Customer Support - Telugu Profile to join one of our client company. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent support in Telugu. This is a full-time position based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in customer support and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications And Skills
1 to 3 years of experience in customer support
Fluency in Telugu language (both verbal and written)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to empathize with customers and provide excellent customer service
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Target-oriented attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work in night shifts and rotational shifts
Roles And Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions in a professional and timely manner
Resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
Communicate effectively with customers in Telugu, both verbal and written
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with other team members to improve customer support processes
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies
Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels
Assist in training new customer support executives
