Job Overview

We are looking for a Branch Relationship Manager to join our team at Million IQ Solutions. As a Branch Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and providing them with the best solutions. Qualifications And Skills

7-10 years of experience in business relationship management, preferably in the life insurance industry

Proven track record of successful client acquisition and retention

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust

Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills

Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions

Knowledge of the branch operations and processes

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field

Roles And Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty

Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the client base

Understand the needs of clients and provide them with suitable life insurance products and services

Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
