Designation : Marketing Executive (Hotel) (Ready to join immediately)
To assist with inventory and forecasting methods of both FIT and group business, to ensure optimal strategies and controls are in place to minimise displacement and maximise total hotel revenues.
To provide the hotel with external market intelligence using tools such as Competitive Intelligence, Rate View / Phaser, Hotelbenchmark.com, access to a Global Distribution System (i.e. Gallileo Focalpoint / MySabre), Internet web sites and corporate resources.
Qualifications
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in similar position.
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
Excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills, Strong technical skills
Demonstrate a growth mindset
Knowledge of search engine optimization
Ability to monitor and understand consumer behavior and trends
Understanding of marketing and brand practices
Ability to conceptualize a hotel brand's mission
Experience collaborating with hotel reservation websites
