Job Overview

Pasta Street India Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled and experienced Pastry Chef to join our team. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing a variety of delicious pastries and desserts. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job location is Delhi, Delhi, India. This is a full-time position.

Qualifications And Skills

3 to 6 years of experience as a Pastry Chef

Proven expertise in costing and menu development

Strong knowledge of patisserie techniques and trends

Ability to create visually appealing and appetizing food presentations

Experience in creating a variety of desserts, including cake decorating

Attention to detail and creativity

Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment

Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Certification in pastry and baking arts is a plus

Roles And Responsibilities

Create and execute a variety of delicious pastries and desserts

Develop and innovate new pastry recipes

Ensure high-quality presentation and taste of all pastries and desserts

Manage and maintain inventory of pastry ingredients and supplies

Train and supervise junior pastry staff

Collaborate with other chefs to create and execute menu items

Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards

Monitor and control food costing

Maintain a clean and organized pastry station
