Position Title Reports to Business Development Manager Location Pan India Chief Executive Officer Area coverage - About Neotle Role Definition Responsibilities Neotle Global Pvt Ltd. is a start-up Nutraceutical. We manufacture feed additives catering to poultry, aqua, and dairy industries. It was incorporated in the year 2022 and the headquarters is in Bangalore Manage the sales of Neotle products in area assigned, which includes direct sales, developing new customers, distributors, agents, and new customer segments. Coordination of training and follow-up of distributors and subagents in the area under the supervision from manager

Manage sales activities of Neotle products in the assigned area to maximize profit and achieve short term and long-term goals while complying with Neotle Policies and regulations.

Perform sales and marketing duties in order to execute approved business plans, following defined procedures and practices.

Build Neotle into a broader, multiproduct / program and customer focused company with quarterly product and sales review.

Effectively utilize resources to manage and develop the core product sales in the assigned region.

Supervise the distribution and sales support activities of Neotle in the assigned market and assess credit risk and payment follow-up in close cooperation with credit management team.

Perform budgeting, forecasting, and coordinating regulatory follow-up in the assigned region. JOB DESCRIPTION Critical Success Factor

Proven sales and marketing skills to focus, execute and direct sales and supervise activities in the assigned area.

Detailed understanding of animal health and nutrition products and services relevant to the industries.

Strong analytical skills and understanding of legal compliance to support assigned area and other centralized remote functions.

Proven communication and interpersonal skills for effectively interacting with customers.

Strong organizational skills to coordinate agents and distributors Bachelors degree in Veterinary / Science or related subject 5+ years in sales with the animal health and nutrition industry

Fluent in English.

Fluent in Local Language
