Job Overview

Senior plant management role in a leading manufacturing company specializing in Washed Sand, Graded Silica Sand, and Resin Coated Sand. Responsible for overseeing plant operations and ensuring efficient production processes. Full-time employment based in Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Qualifications And Skills

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

Senior: 7 to 10 years of experience in plant management or related roles.

Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and technology.

Proven experience in driving operational efficiency and productivity.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to lead and supervise a team of plant personnel.

Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making.

Sound understanding of safety regulations and compliance.

Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.

Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.

Roles And Responsibilities

Oversee and manage plant operations to ensure efficient production processes and optimal product quality.

Develop and implement strategies to maximize productivity and reduce production costs.

Monitor and control plant resources, including raw materials, equipment, and manpower, to meet production demand.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standard operating procedures.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute production schedules.

Implement and maintain effective maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability.

Lead and motivate plant personnel to achieve production targets and maintain a positive work environment.

Analyze production data and reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Collaborate with quality assurance teams to establish and maintain quality control standards.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
