Job Overview

Mangalore Minerals Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team. As an Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company's administrative department. This includes managing administrative staff, implementing administrative policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and maintaining efficient office operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in an administrative role and possess strong organizational skills.

Qualifications And Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field

Proven experience as an Administrative Manager or in a similar management role

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Knowledge of office administration and procedures

Familiarity with statutory compliances and labor laws

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in MS Office

Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion

Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Roles And Responsibilities

Manage and supervise the administrative staff, including receptionists, clerical staff, and office assistants

Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and workflows to ensure efficient office operations

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, such as labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies

Oversee the management of office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships

Coordinate and support various departments in their administrative needs

Plan and organize office events, meetings, and conferences

Provide assistance to senior management in strategic planning and decision-making

Handle employee records and documentation, including leave management and attendance tracking

Manage internal and external communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence
