Process : Inbound Voice Process.

Basic Skill Set

fluent in two different language (Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam, Tamil) interested in Inbound voice process will be added advantage

Handling customers query and request for the services.

Understand customer requirement and provide the best customer service experience

Rotational day shift (8 am to 9pm) Any 9 hours

6 days working, Rotational week off

Note : Work from office

Eligibility Criteria

Freshers or 6 months experience in BPO

Any graduates.

Age criteria: 18 -29 yrs.

CTC per Annum: 180000 to 216000 (12750 K to 14500 K take Home) + Incentives
