Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team and key stakeholders to create a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with company objectives and target audience.

Online Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns across platforms such as social media, search engines, email marketing, display advertising, and other relevant channels.

Content Marketing: Oversee the creation of compelling and relevant content for various online platforms to attract and retain the target audience and reinforce brand positioning.

Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and monitor brand sentiment.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Drive organic traffic to the company website by implementing effective SEO strategies, conducting keyword research, and staying updated with search engine algorithms.

Paid Advertising: Create and manage paid advertising campaigns, including PPC (Pay-Per-Click) and display ads, to maximize ROI and achieve performance objectives.

Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing initiatives using relevant tools and metrics. Make data-driven decisions and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Optimize landing pages, user experience, and conversion funnels to maximize website conversions and lead generation.

Budget Management: Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective campaigns while achieving desired results.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and guide a team of digital marketing specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Qualifications And Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus or

Proven experience ( 4-5 years) in digital marketing with a focus on strategy development and execution.

Demonstrated success in driving measurable results through digital campaigns.

In-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management tools, email marketing platforms, etc.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to devise innovative marketing campaigns.

Up-to-date with industry developments and a passion for staying ahead in the digital marketing landscape.
