Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled Cimatron CNC Programmer (VMC/Turning) to join our team. As a CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for programming and operating Cimatron software for VMC and Turning machines. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of experience in programing and operating CNC machines, specifically with Cimatron software. This is a full-time position based in Tambaram, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

Qualifications And Skills

4 to 6 years of experience in programming and operating CNC machines

Proficient in using Cimatron software for VMC and Turning machines

Strong knowledge of CNC programming languages

Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints and specifications

Experience with setup and maintenance of CNC machine fixtures, tools, and equipment

Attention to detail and high precision in machining operations

Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Good communication and teamwork abilities

Adherence to safety protocols and quality standards

Roles And Responsibilities

Program and operate CNC machines using Cimatron software

Create and modify CNC programs based on engineering blueprints and specifications

Set up and maintain fixtures, tools, and equipment for CNC machine operations

Perform quality checks on machined parts to ensure accuracy and adherence to specifications

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to CNC machine programming and operation

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes and improve efficiency

Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols

Stay updated with industry advancements and new technologies in CNC machining
