We are seeking a talented and experienced Facade Designer to join our team. As a Facade Designer, you will play a key role in creating innovative and aesthetically pleasing facades for a wide range of projects.

Responsibilities

Design Development: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to develop innovative and functional facade designs that meet project requirements and adhere to industry standards.

Conceptualization: Generate creative and visually appealing design concepts for precast facades, considering factors such as structural integrity, energy efficiency, and material suitability.

3D Modeling: Utilize industry-standard design software to create detailed 3D models of facades, incorporating architectural elements, materials, and finishes.

Technical Documentation: Prepare accurate and comprehensive technical drawings, specifications, and construction details for the fabrication and installation of precast facades.

Material Selection: Research and evaluate suitable materials and finishes for facades, considering factors such as durability, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness.

Code Compliance: Ensure that facade designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards, and actively stay up-to-date with relevant codes and regulations.

Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including project managers, engineers, and production teams, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of facade design projects.

Quality Assurance: Conduct regular reviews and inspections to ensure the quality and accuracy of facade designs, resolve design-related issues, and suggest improvements.

Continuous Learning: Stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and advancements in facade design and construction, and actively seek professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.

Experience: Minimum of [X] years of experience in facade design, preferably with a focus on precast facades. Experience with commercial, residential, or institutional projects is highly desirable.

Software Proficiency: Proficient in industry-standard design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, and 3D modeling software.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of facade design principles, construction methods, and materials. Familiarity with precast concrete systems and their fabrication processes is an advantage.

Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate and error-free technical documentation.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and stakeholders.

Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving design challenges.

Time Management: Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating previous facade design projects and showcasing a range of design styles and complexities.
