Job Overview
We are looking for a Home Loan Sales Executive For HDFC Sales Pvt.Ltd. As a Home Loan Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling home loan products to customers. This is a full-time position based in Surat, Gujarat, India. The ideal candidate should have less than 1 year of experience, with good communication and sales skills. Qualifications And Skills
Less than 1 year of experience in home loan sales
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Knowledge of home loan products and processes
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent customer service skills
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and trends
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Roles And Responsibilities
Promote and sell home loan products to customers
Maintain a thorough understanding of home loan products and services
Assist customers in completing loan applications and guide them through the loan approval process
Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
Achieve sales targets and meet or exceed KPIs
Provide excellent customer service and address customer queries and concerns
Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth operations
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
