Job Overview

We are looking for a Waiter/ Food & Beverage Steward to join our team at Club Bellezea- Numbiar Hospitality LLP. As a Waiter/ Food & Beverage Steward, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all guests have a memorable dining experience. This is a Full-Time position located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. The salary range for this role is competitive, and we offer opportunities for growth and development within our organization.

Qualifications And Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent customer service abilities

Ability to work well in a team environment

Attention to detail and accuracy

Basic math and cash handling skills

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks

Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is an advantage but not required (Fresher: Less than 1 year years of experience)

Roles And Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner

Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately

Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about the menu

Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area

Assist in the setup and breakdown of the dining area

Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records

Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service

Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards

Attend training sessions and stay updated on menu changes and promotions

Follow all company policies and procedures
