BE Mechanical/ Automobile

Required Skills And Experience

CAD tool experience in Surface and Sheet metal and Casting Modelling from any of the CAD tool (Creo, UG-NX, Catia)

Design knowledge of the components on the area of experience.

Material knowledge & Manufacturing process knowledge (especially on experience area)

Knowledge of product development and release of TcAE and product life cycle management

Preparation of engineering drawings for the projects to include: preliminary design, calculations, GD&T and manufacturing feasibility

Should be Dynamic in working based on Project importance & individual working ability

Preference would be given to those who have worked in multiple disciplinary & Reverse engineering projects esp. from OEM / Tier 1

Preference would be given to those who have created CAD by using stl files (Cloud points data)

Good communication and collaboration skills

Roles & Responsibilities

At the Role of Design Engineer responsible for,

Detailed input study for the allocated components

Self-estimation for the allocated component

Work on the CAD software for creation of 3D/2D models

Self-quality check and Check list completion

Delivery document preparation

TcAE upload and release the model

Entry of worksheet day to day

Support team members on Tool/Technical

Automobile back ground

More exposure in surface/Casting modelling.
