Job Overview

We are hiring a Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our client's premises in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment by monitoring surveillance equipment, patrolling the premises, and enforcing security protocols. This is a Full-Time position with a focus on physical security, inventory management, visitors record, and in & out record. We welcome candidates with less than 1 year of experience as Fresher.

Qualifications And Skills

Valid security guard license or certification

Strong physical fitness and ability to stand/walk for long periods.

Excellent observation and problem-solving skills

Ability to remain calm and handle high-pressure situations.

Basic skills for security equipment operation.

Knowledge of emergency protocols and first aid is preferred.

Roles And Responsibilities

Monitor surveillance equipment and inspect buildings, equipment, and access points.

Authorize and control the entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and contractors.

Respond to alarms and security incidents promptly and appropriately.

Ensure the security, safety, and well-being of all personnel, visitors, and property.

Perform regular patrols to prevent unauthorized access and maintain order.

Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records.

Enforce company policies and procedures to prevent theft, violence, or violations.

Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and emergency services as necessary.

Maintain knowledge of emergency procedures and execute them when required.
