Job Overview

We are seeking a Housekeeping- Office Boy to join our team at Linksurf Resource Services LLP in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. As a Housekeeping- Office Boy, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the office premises. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in housekeeping and office management.

Qualifications And Skills

1 to 3 years of experience in housekeeping and office management

Knowledge of housekeeping practices and cleaning techniques

Familiarity with cleaning products and their safe usage

Basic understanding of facility management (FM) principles

Good organizational and time management skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize them effectively.

Strong attention to detail and thoroughness

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Flexibility to adapt to changing work schedules or assignments.

Roles And Responsibilities

Perform daily cleaning tasks and maintain overall cleanliness of the office premises.

Ensure proper cleanliness and hygiene in the pantry and cafeteria areas.

Manage the stock and inventory of cleaning products and office supplies.

Assist in setting up and organizing meeting rooms and other common areas.

Handle minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, fixing broken equipment, etc.

Notify the management about any repairs or maintenance requirements.

Conduct regular inspections to identify areas that require cleaning or repairs.

Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.

Assist with administrative tasks as assigned.
