Job Overview

We are seeking a Store Manager for our Lenskart Academy location in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the academy, managing the staff, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position with a reported employee count of 51-200.

Qualifications And Skills

1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail industry.

Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.

Strong understanding of retail operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, staff, and stakeholders.

Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize performance.

Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Knowledge of eyewear products and industry trends is a plus.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Point of Sale (POS) systems.

Roles And Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of Lenskart Academy in Noida, including managing staff, scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Train and develop academy staff in product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques to maximize performance and productivity.

Implement effective visual merchandising strategies to optimize the presentation of eyewear products and create an appealing shopping environment.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards.

Monitor and analyze sales and performance data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive sales growth.

Maintain accurate inventory records, manage stock levels, and coordinate with the central inventory management team to ensure product availability.

Resolve customer complaints and escalations, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.

Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute marketing and promotional initiatives.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to provide input for business strategies and decision-making.
