Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will oversee and manage the company's HR activities, strategies, and plans. The role requires close collaboration with other departments to plan, develop, and execute recruitment, retention, and employee engagement programs. The Human Resources Manager will also ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications

Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures

Recruitment and talent acquisition experience

Expertise in compensation and benefits management, performance management, and employee relations

Familiarity with employment laws and regulations

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Problem-solving ability and attention to detail

Experience in the construction or real estate industry is desirable

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
