Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Web Developer to join our team at Netmore Technology. As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying websites, from layout to function, according to clients' specifications. This is a full-time position based in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, India. The ideal candidate should have less than 1 year of experience as a fresher.

Qualifications And Skills

Solid understanding of web development principles and best practices

Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, PHP, HTML, Ruby, or Python

Experience with web content management systems

Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Familiarity with user interface design principles

Degree in Computer Science or a related field

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Roles And Responsibilities

Design, code, and modify websites according to clients' requirements

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define project requirements

Develop and maintain the front-end and back-end functionality of websites

Improve the usability and overall user experience of websites

Perform regular updates and maintenance on existing websites

Test websites for cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness

Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
