The Sales Executive position at Kapil Group is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for sales and a drive to exceed targets. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our financial service products to potential customers. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, and is suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in sales.

Qualifications And Skills

1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial services sector

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities

Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good knowledge of financial service products

Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office

Roles And Responsibilities

Identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels, such as cold calling, networking, and referrals

Present and demonstrate our financial service products to prospective clients

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing suitable solutions
