Qualifications And Skills
1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial services sector
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good knowledge of financial service products
Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office
Roles And Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels, such as cold calling, networking, and referrals
Present and demonstrate our financial service products to prospective clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing suitable solutions
Achieve sales targets and meet individual and team performance metrics
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities
