To ensure any visitor who are important & taken care off at reception & seated properly in the board room.
To be groom appropriately for reception.
To coordinate for one employee engagement activity in HO in a month.
Responsible for Courier Management.
Take care of first Aid facilities for employee & keep check on expiry or new medicines details on regular basis.
Coordinate with HR- Department for interviews.
Coordinate with COO, Director and Chairman for certain work.
Also responsible for other responsibilities which is assigned by Reporting Manager from time to time.
