Tele Caller

We are seeking a motivated Tele Caller to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments with potential clients through outbound calls.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products/services and generate leads.

Qualify leads by understanding their needs and interests and determining if they are a good fit for our products/services.

Schedule appointments for our sales team with qualified leads.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls made, leads generated, and appointments scheduled in our CRM system.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and appointment scheduling.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.

Proven experience as a Tele Caller or similar role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Experience working with a CRM system and maintaining accurate records.

Ability to meet or exceed daily/weekly call and appointment quotas.
