Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Offer expert consultation to prosthodontists and general dentists in complex cases.
Regular coordination with different department

Resolving the complaints received from doctors with the team.
Need to call and coordinate with Doctors, Sales team and Lab for smooth operations.
Monitor & Listen to team members call, give feedback and resolve any issues related to complex cases.
Identifying and conducting training of team members to maximize their potential.
Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Should be comfortable working in only Non Clinical role.
