Job Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Divisional Sales Manager to join our team at Illusion Dental Laboratory. As the Divisional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing the sales team, and developing strategies to increase market share.

Qualifications And Skills

More than 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the dental & pharma industry

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders

Experience in B2B sales and account management

Proficiency in sales planning and forecasting

Ability to analyze market data and make data-driven decisions

Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field

Roles And Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives

Manage, motivate, and lead a team of sales executives to meet sales targets

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and lead generation

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
