Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and creative Motion Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Motion Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating visually stunning and engaging motion graphics, animations, and video content for our clients' digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing their skills in motion design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to bring ideas to life through captivating visuals.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to understand project requirements and objectives.

Conceptualize and create visually appealing motion graphics, animations, and video content for various digital platforms such as social media, websites, and advertising campaigns.

Work closely with clients to understand their brand guidelines and incorporate them into the design process.

Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques to enhance the overall quality of our digital content.

Execute end-to-end video production, including scripting, storyboarding, animation, and post-production editing.

Ensure all deliverables are completed within established timelines and meet the highest standards of quality.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of motion graphics into digital marketing strategies.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Motion Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and visually appealing motion graphics and animations.

Proficient in using industry-standard design software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

Solid understanding of video production processes, including scripting, storyboarding, and editing.

Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and clients.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Knowledge of current design trends and a passion for staying updated on emerging technologies in motion design.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field.

1.5 years of experience in motion design or a similar role.al skillsncy is a plus
