Keen Edge HR Solutions is a leading human resources consultancy firm dedicated to connecting top talent with premier organizations. We are currently partnering with a respected client in the Manufacturing - Paper industry to fill the position of Sr. Sales Officer / Sales Officer.

Position Overview

We are seeking dynamic and results-oriented Sales Officers to join our client team in the Bangalore, Chennai, and Goa regions. The Sales Officer will play a crucial role in driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the overall growth and success of company.

Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development:

Achieve sales targets by promoting and selling hygiene and sanitation products to businesses and institutions.

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Market Research:

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Provide feedback to the management team to enhance product offerings.

Sales Reporting:

Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales forecasts and market analysis.

Keep accurate records of customer interactions using the company's CRM system.

Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with the marketing and product development teams to align strategies and promotional activities.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in Business Marketing or related field.

Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the hygiene, facility management or any product sale in HORECA industry.

Demonstrated success in managing Business development and achieving revenue targets. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of hygiene and sanitation products and services.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
