Job Title : Sr. Engineer

Department : Design & Development

Location: Manesar

Salary : Up to 40 50K CTC

Required Education : B. tech (Mechanical)

Required Exp. : 4- 6 Years in sheet metal manufacturing process.

Responsible for implementation & maintain the procedure and records of all concerned department as per Design & Development requirement.

Qualifications And Skills

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Proven experience as a Design Engineer, with 4 to 6 years of experience.

Strong proficiency in Siemens NX and Solid Edge design software.

Experience in fixture and gauge designing for manufacturing processes.

Proficiency in design drafting and creating detailed technical drawings.

Knowledge of progressive tooling and sheet metal design.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Roles And Responsibilities

Design and develop innovative solutions for our clients' engineering projects.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.

Create detailed designs, drawings, and specifications using Siemens NX, Solid Edge, and other design software.

Perform engineering calculations to ensure designs meet technical requirements and safety standards.

Conduct feasibility studies and analyze design options to optimize performance and cost-effectiveness.

Prepare and present design proposals to clients, explaining the rationale behind the chosen solutions.

Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to select the appropriate materials, components, and equipment.

Oversee the manufacturing and assembly processes to ensure compliance with design specifications.

Troubleshoot and resolve any design issues or technical problems that arise during the development and testing phases.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in design engineering to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge.
