Detail Engineering work for executing gearboxes and calculation of gear tooth parameters, shaft strength calculation, selection of bearings and material selections.

Enquiry management work for checking design feasibility of gearboxes and pinion stands.

Development and execution of industrial gearboxes for heavy duty machinery applications like roughing mill, conveyor drive, klin drive application, Screening application etc.

Reverse engineering for producing any existing gearbox model and replacement.

Engage with production team for checking manufacturing feasibility for development new equipments based on application.

Engage with Costing team for optimising the material cos
