Responsible for business development

Handling sales, marketing and business development, customer techno- commercial services activities

Responsible for sales generation for the Adhesives, Catalyst, Thermosetting Resins(Unsaturated Polyester resin, Vinyl esters), Glass Fiber, Mold Release agent, Core materials

Complete understanding of all the products and services offered

Respond to sales queries of prospective customers

Follow through with customers for collections and ensure collection targets are met on a timely basis

Provide daily reports to leadership

Identify new opportunities and pursue them with new (lead generation) and existing customers

Analyze market trends / requirements, and recommend changes to leadership for future opportunities

Expand the product / service offerings to increase the market share

Action and own the business plans laid by the leadership to meet defined sales targets

Customer Relationship

Address and resolve customer queries and concerns

Periodical visits to customers to seek feedbacks, suggestions and future business opportunities

Communicate new product launch to customers through mailers / sms.
