Qualifications And Skills

5 to 10 years of experience in MEP project management

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering

Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems

Proficiency in creating detailed drawings and using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software

Ability to build accurate cost estimates and manage project budgets

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Roles And Responsibilities

Manage and supervise MEP projects from conception to completion

Prepare and review detailed drawings and technical specifications

Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution

Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards

Estimate project costs and monitor budget throughout the project lifecycle

Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks

Manage and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during project implementation

Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems

Provide technical guidance and expertise to the project team

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for energy management and efficiency improvements

Prepare progress reports and communicate project updates to management
