Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and customer service skills, and should be able to handle high-volume calls and work in a fast-paced environment. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, answering incoming calls from existing customers, and providing them with information about our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads for the sales team
Answer incoming calls from existing customers and provide them with product and service information
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving customer complaints and inquiries in a timely manner
Follow up on leads and maintain customer databases
Achieve daily and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and sales conversion
Maintain a professional and courteous manner when speaking with customers
Keep up-to-date with product and service information and promotions
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are being met
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar role
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to handle high-volume calls and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle customer complaints and inquiries effectively
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in using computers and CRM software
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to meet targets and deadlines
