Job Overview

We are hiring a Caller with less than 1 year of experience to join our team at Moo Rides. As a Caller, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and promoting our services to potential customers. This is a full-time position located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, with a salary range based on experience. Moo Rides is a taxi aggregator company similar to Ola, Uber, Namma Yatri, Rapido, providing seamless commuting in and around Bengaluru. Our team consists of 11-50 employees, and our headquarters is located in Bengaluru.

Qualifications And Skills

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Strong customer retention and problem-solving abilities

Experience in outbound sales and email marketing is a plus

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload

Positive attitude, self-motivated, and high energy level

Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred

Roles And Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their transportation needs

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns

Promote Moo Rides' services and offers to potential customers

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information and call records

Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction

Meet daily and monthly performance targets for call quality, customer satisfaction, and sales

Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers
