We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Civil Engineer to join our team at MBPS Constructions. As a Junior Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, design, and execution of construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with 1 to 3 years of experience in the construction industry to further their career and contribute to the growth of our company. The position is based in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India, and is a full-time role.

Qualifications And Skills

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field

1 to 3 years of experience in the construction industry

Strong knowledge of construction site inspections and site planning

Familiarity with construction codes and regulations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with various stakeholders

Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Detail-oriented and highly organized

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Roles And Responsibilities

Assist in the planning, design, and execution of construction projects

Conduct construction site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations

Assist in site planning and prepare layout drawings

Provide support in site supervision and monitor construction progress

Prepare labor reports and assist in labor management

Ensure adherence to construction codes and regulations

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve construction-related issues

Prepare and maintain project documentation, including drawings, reports, and technical specifications

Contribute to the development and implementation of quality assurance and quality control procedures

Participate in site meetings and provide regular progress updates to the project team
