Roles And Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
Maintain employee records, update HR databases, and prepare HR documents.
Assist in organizing and coordinating HR-related events and training programs.
Resolve employee queries and provide support in employee relations matters.
Assist in payroll and benefits administration.
Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
Assist in performance management processes, including employee appraisals and feedback sessions.
Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.
