Computer Numerical Control Machine Operator

Roles & Responsibilities

Operate CNC machines to perform milling, drilling, and turning operations.

Set up and prepare CNC machines for operation by installing tools, fixtures, and

materials.

Handle materials by loading and unloading workpieces onto the machine.

Perform routine maintenance tasks and troubleshoot issues that arise during

operation.

Inspect machined parts to ensure they meet quality standards using precision

measuring instruments.

Maintain accurate records of production activities and report any issues to supervisors.

Adhere to safety protocols and comply with regulations related to machine operation.

Additional training in machining or CNC operation is preferred.

Previous experience as a CNC machine operator is desirable.

Proficiency in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
