Handling the incoming calls relating to product queries.

Taking the queries and forwarding the same to the various departments.

Tele calling clients for updating on the delivery status.

Co-ordinate with the other departments when required.

Maintaining records of the various queries, numbers and updating records of clients.

Co-ordinating with the front office for dispatch of the goods of the out-stationed clients.
