If youre computer-savvy and enjoy supporting end users, wed like to meet you. To succeed in this role, you should have a problem-solving attitude along with the ability to give clear technical instructions. You should also be familiar with remote troubleshooting techniques.
Ultimately, you will ensure prompt and accurate customer service and increase client satisfaction.

Job Description
Responsible for Creation, Modification, deactivation and activation / unlocking of user accounts.
Responsible for Creation, updation of privilege groups and assigning the privileges to groups.
Responsible for backup and restoration as per procedure or as and when required.
Responsible for backup validation as per procedure or as and when required.
Responsible for time verification and synchronization related to manufacturing equipments / systems.
Ensure systems are complied with required defined IT security and desktop policies
Responsible for data archival as per requirements.
To provide IT assistance / support to QA department for audit trail review.
Ensure IT Support to QA department for periodic user management review and compliance if any.
Ensure IT compliance & support during internal, customer and regulatory audits.
11.0 To provide IT assistance / support for troubleshooting of manufacturing equipments / systems.
Preparation and review of Qualification document as per requirements
Coordination with user department for validation of computerized systems.
Maintain the logbooks as per requirement.
To carry out Online Entries and retention / destruction of records as per SOP.
Ensure required documentation and validation of IT systems as per procedures.
Qualification / Requalification of IT systems.
Preparation and execution of all documentation activity like workstation qualification / requalification, Preventive Maintenance, Schedule, Preventive Maintenance, History Management, Document issuance etc.
Strict adherence to environment, health and Safety.
Any other assignment allocated by the management.
