Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
Plan and Implement company Talent Acquisition strategy including Sourcing, interviewing and hiring.
Manage end to end recruitment process and smooth on-boarding & Off-boarding Process.
Maintaining HR records, Such as those related to compensation, health and medical insurance.
Resolving Conflicts and Concerns with the employees.
Should actively involve in Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Statutory Benefits, attendance & Payroll Management.
Conducting employee orientation and facilitating it for newcomers.
Maintaining and reporting on Workplace health and safety compliances.
Coach employees on subjects such as career, leadership and performance development plans, compensation matters
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Leading a team of Junior Human Resources.
Requirements And Skills
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
Should have worked in IT/ITES Operations
Must be in MBA HR
4+ yrs. of experience in HR
Experience in Conflict Resolution, disciplinary processes and workplace Investigations
Competency in Microsoft Applications.
