Roles And Responsibilities

Individual should have a sound understanding of operations and should handle the day-to-day

volumes of the assigned tasks.

Ensure to meet the quality standards as per the given SLA .

Need to validate, curate, and enrich the data as per SOP.

Need to be agile in working dynamic work force.

Escalations to be prioritized and highlighted to the leads/managers on time .

Coordinate with client POCs to clarify updates and need to have ability to comprehend the content to

make effective decisions .

Strong mindset to understand the changing needs and ability to adapt.

Preferred Qualification

Graduates from any discipline can apply for the role.

Candidate must be strong in written and verbal communication in English.

Expected to have strong business communication skills and ability to communicate with

internal/external stakeholders clearly and concisely.

He/she must be proficient in MS Excel and should have ability to mine voluminous data for specific

detail according to instructions provided.

Analytically strong candidates are preferred .

Must be familiar to navigate in internet and should have ability to research techniques on the internet

and find required information

Compensation: CTC : Starting from Rs.7,000/- month.
